This project is funded through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), Component C11 – Tourism and Culture, Investment I7 – Supporting cultural initiatives for accelerating the digitalization of film production and distribution.

The core focus is the modernization of SCHARFILM's technical ecosystem, specifically targeting high-end underwater cinematography and digital distribution workflows.

Main Objectives

  • Acquisition of professional-grade underwater filming equipment.
  • Production of an advanced educational film for the "Open Water" diving certification course.
  • Digital transformation of production and distribution processes.
  • Enhancing the digital skills of our technical team.
  • Strengthening our capacity to meet modern digital film distribution standards.
